Click on the Manage Children Definitions icon 
in the File Definition toolbar or select from Alternate Index Mapping for children of maps. This will display all existing children of the master.
Create New - create a new File Child from scratch.
Convert - Convert an existing definition to a File Child..
Description- The description of a child file can be changed.
Delete - This completely deletes the selected file definitions.
Remove - This removes the selected file definitions as children of the master file. They still exist as file definitions, and are now maintainable in their own right.
