The Workspace provides a graphic shell and the repository connectivity information necessary to establish a working Forms Designer environment.

The majority of the Workspace components are independent, message driven processes.

The Workspace enables the developer or analyst to build and change the appearance of an application form set associated with a business function.  A linguist may also use it to make final adjustments to a form during a translation session.

The Workspace is a reference window for all Forms Designer services.  The services comprise the following:

• Tool Bars

• Control Palette

• Easel

• Subform Browser

• Field Browser

The Workspace is the Forms Designer’s Main window and you can specify the Workspace Arrangement to facilitate your use of it.
