Name |
Literal or variable name assigned to the field (maximum of 32 characters). Click on the icon to select a variable. |

Auto Complete |
Check to indicate that if data is entered to the full length of the field, or is returned from a combo box selection, the focus should automatically leave the field without the user pressing Return. |

Allow Double-bytes in Alpha |
Check to allow double-byte (wide) characters in Alpha fields. |

Help Keyword |
The keyword to associate the Online Help with the screen. |

Help Message |
The help to be displayed for this field when requested. |

Standard Validation |
Special check to be applied to this field. (Max 8 characters). Defaults to check in dictionary. Select a Global Logic from the drop-down list, or enter one of the standard validations. |

Custom Validation logic (1-999) to be processed only with keyboard entry. Click icon at the side of the field to display the Logic Editor. If you enable Single Click Event Processing on a list box, edit box or a radio group, then the Custom Validation event is triggered when a mouse single click or keyboard entry occurs. |

Enter the number of characters that displayed in a green screen List Box. Maximum length (1-255). |

Enter the number of screen rows that the List Box occupies. |

Enter the row on which the List Box is rendered. |

Enable the check box if you want to turn on absolute positioning. |

Max Height |
Enables the Dynamic Resizing functionality for the List Box on the y-axis if the entry is greater than the value in the GUI Height field. It specifies the maximum height in rows that the List Box can be resized to when the browser is resized. Set the field to the same value in the GUI Height field to turn off resizing for the List Box when the AutoResizeListBoxHeight Application Property is enabled. |

Max Width |
Enables the Dynamic Resizing functionality for the List Box on the x-axis if the entry is greater than the value in the GUI Height field. It specifies the maximum height in columns that the List Box can be resized to when the browser is resized.
