Paging Column Header

Enter the text for the column header.

Column Header Appearance (Open Client Only)

These properties apply only to PROIV Open Client and not to the PROIV MFC Client. The properties can be set on a per column basis, affording greater control over the appearance of the columns.

Sort on Paging Column Click

Select the check box to turn on sorting for a particular column, this means that when you click on the column in the Paging Cycle, the paging data is sorted based on that column. Columns with the capability of being are sorted (Sort on Paging Column Click flag enabled) are denoted by greyed out downward pointing icon, sorted columns are denoted with a non-greyed out pointing icon, which points up or down depending on the current sort order.

This check box interacts with the Open Client Sort on Column Click property on the Smooth Page tab for Paging Cycles in the following ways:

• When neither the Sort on Paging Column Click check box or the Sort on Column Click check box for the Paging Cycle is enabled, sorting on columns is not possible.

• When the Sort on Column Click check box for Paging Cycle is disabled and the Sort on Paging Column Click check box is enabled, sorting on that column and any other columns with the Sort on Paging Column Click enabled is available.

This provides fine control over which columns can be sorted. Setting sorting at the Paging Cycle level means that any column can be sorted, setting sorting at column level means you can configure sorting on a per column basis.

Foreground Color

Select the color of the column header text. This can be different to the text color in the rest of the column.

Background Color

Select the background color of the column header. Currently only solid colors are allowed, no fill effects (e.g. graduated fill) are supported.

Alignment

Select the text alignment of the headings independently of the column alignment and on a per column basis. The settings are as follows:

Center - Sets the alignment to the centre of the column header.

Left  - Sets the alignment to the left of the column header.

Right - Sets the alignment to the right of the column header.

Default  - Sets alignment to mirror the alignment configured for the rest of the column.

Font

Select the font of the column heading. The PROIV Client uses the best match from the fonts available in the system.

Bold

Select to embolden the column header text.

Italic

Select to italicise the column header text.

Strikeout

Select to strikeout the column header text.

Underline

Select to underline the column header text.

Preview

Provides a visual preview of the column header text.
