Displays the list of change numbers and object types (file definition or global logic) that has been changed. These objects are used in PROIV functions that require regeneration as a consequence of the change to the object even though the code of the function itself may not have changed at all. It regenerates the affected functions and automatically assign them to the appropriate change so that they are included in the release.

PROIV will not alert users when objects that are amended need cross-reference and regeneration. The Administrator must initiate this manually from the Affected tab. |
To process amended objects:

Open the Administration Console and click the Affected tab.
A list of all objects that require cross-reference and regeneration appears. -
Click Process.

Click Yes at the prompt to proceed.
When processing is complete, a list of regeneration failures (if any) appear. -
Click WorkList to add these to a worklist.

Change Number
The change number which was used to book out the object.
Object Type
The object type.
Object
The object name.
Description
The object description.
Date
The date the object was booked out to the selected change.
Time
The time the object was booked out.
Amended By
The ID and name of the user booking out the object.
Process
Initiates the cross reference and regeneration process. You have to confirm to proceed.
