The right hand pane lists all the variables available in the file. The left hand pane lists the fields to be maintained in this file browser. All key fields are mandatory and cannot be removed from the left hand pane.
Select the required variable(s) in the right hand pane and click Add to add them to the browser. Click Add all to include all variables in the file. To remove a variable from the browser, select the variable in the left hand pane and click Remove.
Regardless of the order in which you add variables to the left hand pane, the completed file browser will always present the fields in the order in which they appear in the file definition.
Click Back to return where you can select the Browser Style.
Click Finish to generate the browser. When you click Finish, the browser appears in the Structure view.

The Finish is available on all of the File Browser Wizard windows once you have selected the variables to be maintained. |
Click Cancel to exit without saving this function.
