Click on the Open Object Dialogue 
icon and select the New tab and double click on the File Browser object.
Selecting the File Browser object runs a wizard that allows you to quickly generate a function to maintain a specified data file.
Select a data file from the combo box.
Enter a unique name for the new function.
Check the Global box if this file browser is to be a global function, that is, if it is to be called by other functions.
By default, the Security Category is TEST. However, you can modify as required.
A description is automatically generated, indicating that this is a file browser for the specified file. You can amend this description if required.
Click Next to move on to the next window, where you can select the Browser Style.
Click Cancel to exit without saving this function.
