Click on the Select Fragment Template for Paste icon 
on the toolbar for the Fragment Catalogue Selection. All fragment templates stored in the central library are accessible from this window.
The function templates are organised into categories. The tab shows a list of all the categories; in brackets after the name of the category is the number of templates in that category. Click on a category to display all the templates in that category in the listbox, or click All to display all templates in all categories.
To search for a template, click the magnifying glass to the right of Results. In the Clip Search window, enter the Text to search for, and a Clip Type to restrict the search to templates of a specified type. Click OK. Results are displayed in the listbox.
To view the contents of any fragment template, highlight the fragment and click the Properties .
To paste a fragment into the function you are editing, highlight the fragment and click Paste.
You can nominate any fragment to be promoted to a template via the Promote on the Clip Manager window.
