Global Logic Editor

DEVELOPER

Global Logics are logic routines that are available to all functions. They are managed objects; you can create new Global Logics or edit existing ones via the Open Object Dialogue. When you create a new Global Logic, you must first name the logic and define its properties.

A Global Logic can be called from any Local Logic, or another Global Logic.

The Global Logic Editor works in the same way as the local Logic Editor. There are some differences in what is available from the toolbar.  An extra icon or is available on the Logic Editor toolbar to toggle automatic book-in when logics are closed. is available to backup/restore the Global Logic.

Open another logic, Scratch variable maintenance and Function Parameters are disabled. They are only available for Local Logics.

Click Open Global Logic Header Properties icon to the left of the Logic ID field to display the Global Logic properties.
