This tab allows you to select an existing list or create a new list. It also allows you to modify a list by deleting objects, adding objects, or by adding objects through complex searches.

You can class objects in the list  as completed or marked. Objects that have been opened from the Work List are automatically marked as Viewed.

The first column in the list shows if the object is booked to another user, or is available.

The Matches column shows the number of matches there are against this object from an attached detailed Search (if any).

The Fields in this Window:

Work List - Your current Work List number. This can be changed by clicking Reselect.

Reselect - Click to select another Work List, or create a new one.

Object Name - The exact or partial name of the object to add to the list. Exact or Partial is toggled by clicking the graphic to the left of the field.

Object Type - The type of object.

Delete - Click to delete the selected items from the list.

Delete All - Click to clear the list.

Mark ! - Click to mark the selected items in the list. This could be used to show important items of work, as reminders of work still to be done, etc.

Unmark - Click to remove marks from the selected items in the list.

Unmark All - Click to remove all marks from the list.

Completed - Click to flag the selected items as completed.

To Do - Click to clear the completed flags from the selected items in the list.

Description - This a some explanatory text held against the Work List.

Dates - These are time stamps for the last update to the list, and the last update to the search results.

Find - Clickgraphic to find an item in the list. This can be useful if the list is very long.

Save List - Click to save the user list as a named list, available to all users. Only the list of objects is saved, not the search criteria or results.

Delete List - Click to delete the list completely.

Open - Click to open the selected object for edit.
