Click on the File Properties icon 
in the File Definition toolbar and select the Metrics tab.
This is a display-only screen showing information about the file.
The Fields on this Window:
Key Length - The total length of all key elements including the Company/Division code if needed.
Record Length - The maximum length of each record in the file.
Creation Date - The date the files specifications were last updated.
Creation Time - The time the files specifications were last updated.
