A Control Bar is an object that can be rendered at runtime as one of three types:

Toolbar Control Bar Type

Toolbar

Toolbar with assigned Action Controls. The Action Controls can be of different styles and can include cascading sub menus. Multiple toolbars are aligned horizontally and their positioning is remembered.

Drop Down Control Bar Type

DropDown / Sub Menu

Drop down menu with assigned Action Controls. The Action Controls can be of different styles.

Drop down menus can be assigned to other drop menus. Drop down menus can be assigned to other drop menus. It is advisable to uncheck the Available to Menu Bar flag on the Name the new Control Bar window for sub menus for the sake of clarity.

Right Click Control Bar Type

Right Click Menu

Displays a menu when you right click. Usually attached to input fields.
