Once you have located and selected an object change, it can be reallocated to another change number. You cannot reallocate an object change to a change number that has been approved or released.
To reallocate a change to another change number:

Open the Administration Console.

Find and select the change you want to reallocate.

Click Reallocate.

In the Change To box, enter the change number or click
to search for a change number.

Type
Select an object type from the drop-down list and press TAB to update the object list.
Name
Enter part or all of the object name and press TAB to update the object list.
Change
Enter a change number or click
to search for the change number. Press TAB to update the object list and show only those objects booked out on the selected change number.
Release
Enter a release number of click
to search for the release. Press TAB to update the object list and show only those objects assigned to the selected release number.
Object Details
Object Type
The object type.
Object
The object name.
Region
The region that the object is in.
Date
The date the object was booked out.
Time
The time the object was booked out.
Booked By
The ID and name of the user that booked out the object.
Change
The change number that the change was allocated to.
Description
The description of the change.
Reallocate
Reallocates the selected change.

Click OK to confirm the reallocation.
