Click Security to manage the users that have access to the Client Administration console. This section is only available when the Client Administration has been installed bundled with the Jetty web server.

To add a user:

  1. Enter the Username and Password in the fields at the bottom of the list.

  2. Click Add.

If you do not click Add, your new user is not added to the Client Administration server.

To modify a user:

  1. Change the Password.

  2. Click Apply for the user.

If you do not click on the apply then your password change will not be saved.

If you change the password for the current user (highlighted) then subsequent access to the console will require the new password.

To delete a user:

  1. Click on the del for the user.

The user will be deleted immediately without any confirmation dialog. Note that the default user cannot be deleted.
