Click Images to manage the images used by the various PROIV services.
Shown below the title is the current location and initially this will be the default image location. As subfolders are selected the various folder names are shown as links, that will take you directly to the sub folder when clicked. Alongside the current location is the 'up a level' icon that when clicked will re-display the page with the current parent being the current location.
This shows you a list of the sub folders for the current location. Each folder name is a link to that subfolder. The check box alongside each folder name is used to select folders for deleting.
To move up either click or click on a folder name in the Current location.
To move down click on a folder name under 'Folders in the Current location'.
Navigate to the folder that is to hold the new folder.
Enter the new folder name and click Create Folder.
Click check box to the left of the folder name.
Click at the top of the list of folders.
Click OK in the confirmation dialog to delete the folder(s). Click Cancel if you do not want to delete the folder(s).
You can delete multiple folders by clicking the delete check box of more than one folder before clicking on . |
This shows a list of the image files contained in the current location, each file can be previewed by moving the mouse over the file name.
When adding images into the Client Administration server you must make sure that they have lower case names so that they are downloaded correctly when the server is running on a Unix platform. |
Move your mouse over a file name to view the image.
Navigate to the folder that is to hold the new image file.
Go to the bottom of the page and click Browse.
Select the image file you wish to add.
Click Upload File.
You can upload a whole set of images by selecting a zip file that contains the images. The zip file will be uploaded, unzipped and its contents added to the current location preserving any path information in the zip file. |
Click check box to the left of the file name.
Click at the top of the list of files.
Click OK in the confirmation dialog to delete the file(s). Click Cancel if you do not want to delete the file(s).
