Before adding an Operator to a Co/Div, you must create a Printer Profile to add to an Operator Group, and then you can add an Operator to a Group.

To create a Printer Profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click New Task Selection Icon icon. The Menu screen appears.

  2. Select the Security Menus option.

Note: In this instance, do not use the Activity History component to access the Printer Definitions option as it includes the details of previously used Co/Divs, and not the Co/Div you have just selected.

  1. Select the Printer Definitions option.

  2. The Printer Definitions screen appears.

  3. Click New to create a new Printer Definition.

  4. Enter a name for the definition in the Profile Name field.

  5. Select the Screen option from the Output Type drop-down list.

  6. Click Save to save the Printer Definition details.

  7. Click OK to exit from the Printer Definitions screen.
