When the Task Selection tab is clicked, the following tasks are run:
TK_AU_GetNavigationMenus – populates the menu
TK_AU_GetNavigationFastpath – provides the Fast Path information
Both tasks return XML reports as detailed above in this document. As you navigate the menu structure, any submenus at each level are requested on demand by subsequent calls to TK_AU_GetNavigationMenus. The menu structure is cached for the life of the Task Selection tab.
Note: The navigation tasks are currently retrieved using the profileId; this is to be replaced by the OperatorId from PROIV Aurora V1.0.3.0 onwards. This allows third party security and menu systems that do not use a profile mechanism to return appropriate navigation information based on the operator.
