The EasiMigrate History Screen offers an intuitive interface for reviewing migration activity.
It allows users to display migration run details for a specified date range or view all runs by default.
Users can select individual migration runs by clicking on a specific entry which reveal detailed information about the PROIV files processed during that migration.
Screen Details
The screen has the following data entries:

Migration Run Start Date |
Leave blank for all start dates or enter a date. |

End Date |
Leave blank for all end dates or enter a date. |

Exit |
Exit Migration History and return to the Tools tab. |
|
Run No |
Click on a run number line. It will open an area which will display details of the run. |
|
Run# Selected |
A display only field which displays the run selected. |
|
Details of the Run |
A display only data area of details of the the run. |
|
Filename |
Physical PROIV filename that was migrated. |
|
Start Time |
Start date and time of the individual file process. |
|
End Time |
End date and time of the individual file process. |
|
Processed |
The number of records processed for the file. |
|
Loaded |
The number of records present in the file. |
|
Status |
Complete, In Progress or Errors. |
Click the Tools tab, on the System Administration Tools, click EasiMigrate History.
The EasiMigrate History screen appears.
Enter a start end date range or leave blank. Migration run details will appear in a data display area.
To select details for a run, do the following:
Click a line with a run number. PROIV file details will appear in a data display area.
Click Exit to leave EasiMigrate History and return to the Tools tab.
