You access this utility by clicking on the Task Definition Backup and Restore icon 
on the Task Definition window.
The utility displays details of existing backups of this file.
To create a new backup, enter any notes required on this version and click New Backup.
To restore a backup version, highlight the required version and click Restore. To delete any of the backups, highlight the version to remove and click Delete.
