Map Maintenance SSO Tab |
DEVELOPER |
Click icon to open the Map Maintenance window. You can edit a map by double-clicking the map entry, or by selecting the entry and clicking on the Open .
If the function has function and SSO parameters, two tabs are displayed. Select the SSO tab to maintain the function's SSOs.
Note: The SSO tab is only displayed if the function references an SSO in its Function Definition. |

Called Function |
The name of the called Global Function. |
Map |
The name of this interface map. Select an existing map for the function from the list. |
Description |
A description of the map is generated automatically by prefixing the map name with Map. This can be amended by clicking the Edit and entering the name in the Map Description field on the Edit Map Description window. |
Edit |
A description of the map is generated automatically by prefixing the map name, this can be amended by clicking the Edit . |
Seq |
Unique sequence number assigned to each parameter. |
SSO |
Displays the nickname of the SSO. The nickname is assigned by the developer and is a shorthand way of referring to the Java class. |
SSO Tag |
Displays the tag name assigned to the SSO nickname. The interface map ensures SSO tags in the called function are mapped to the SSO map tags. SSO map tags are parameters, which are passed from caller functions into the called functions. When the SSO tag is used in code and it is mapped to an SSO map tag, the passed parameters' properties are used. |
SSO Map Tag |
Select the drop-down arrow to display a list of SSO tag names, which are passed into the called function. These are mapped to the appropriate SSO tag in the called function. When the SSO tag is used in code and it is mapped to an SSO map tag, the passed parameters' properties are used. |
Parameters |
Displays the Function Parameters Maintenance window, which maintains the calling function’s parameters. |
Copy From |
Copies the details from an existing interface map in the same or another function. You can optionally filter the functions offered for selection, by only listing ones calling the called function. |
Clear |
Clears all the entries in the Map to column. |
OK |
Closes the Map Maintenance window. |
