Function Messages

The Message Maintenance window is accessed via the Error Message Maintenance icon on the PROIV Developer Toolbar. Here you can create error messages that can be called from logic and are displayed in a message box, for GUI rendition, or on the last line of the screen for character based rendition.

The Fields in this Window:

Search Text - Enter a text string to search for messages containing that string, or leave this field null to display a list of all messages defined for this function.

Match Case - Check to make the search case sensitive.
