<Userid company-division> /INI:<ini file name> <xferin>
All of these parameters are optional, but if xferin is included then the userid and company-division must also be included.
The kernel will not allow a null INI option, (that is, the string "/INI:" without anything after the ":". Therefore, if the environment path is null, do not add "/INI" to the command line to start the kernel.
