The Property Sheet component is responsible for displaying a control’s dictionary attributes or properties and allows them to be changed using the Property Editor.  The Property Editor is a pop-up window containing tabbed property sheets.

There is a set of Property Sheets for each form, subform, paging and individual control.  If a selected control does not have properties for a specific property tab, the tab is not displayed.

You can display property tabs for the following:

Appearance
 

How a control will look on the canvas.

behaviour
 

How the control will behave.

Data
 

Initialisation data at run-time.

Events
 

The events to which the control will respond.

Green Screen
 

Character mode attributes.

General
 

Miscellaneous attributes for the object selected.

Paging Area
 

Paging control data access.

Graphic

Bitmap declarations for the control.
 

Sort

Sort processing control.
