Installation Reboot Cycle and Disappearing Files

Always reboot your computer after you uninstall the Forms Designer. This guarantees that any executable files still in memory have been completely removed. The Windows operating system cannot delete a file when there are open references to it. When there is an open reference, the Windows operating system marks the file for deletion on the next reboot.
