119     UNABLE TO ACQUIRE MAX BUFFER STORAGE OR PSB - psb-name

Cause:             The psb-name specified is either invalid or cannot to be scheduled at the time, or there is not enough storage available for the maximum buffer storage ID areas for the largest DL/I file defined in the function.

Action:            Ensure that the data bases used by the requested PSB are open and enabled in CICS, and that the correct PSB name is defined for use by the function before re-attempting the function.  There is no need to re-gen the function.
