- Setting Maximum Default Values

PROISAM uses registry settings that are similar to those of the Shared Memory Segment algorithm for setting maximum default values. These are found in REGEDT32:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
   software
       McDonnell Information Systems
              Proisam

You can change the following default values using REGEDT32, then restart the server:

#define DEF_MAXUSERS	64
#define DEF_MAXLOCKS	100
#define DEF_USERFILES	128
#define DEF_AVGLOCK	64
#define DEF_MAXRETRY	30
#define DEF_SLEEPVAL	2
