The output of null data will not place any actual data on the terminal screen or the printed report. In the case of terminal display, PROIV outputs the appropriate field attributes. There are, however, two exceptions:
1. Numeric fields that are null and contain a value of zero are displayed as blank, and
2. Alphanumeric fields that are null, and use an edit mask, are displayed using spaces.
