It is possible to have the same field in two different files, one null permissive and the other not. In this case, the database definition must match the PROIV file definition. The internal buffer for this field will be made null permissive, and the function will run with null data. If the field has a null in it when the files are written, an error will be generated for the file where the field is not null permissive.
