This window allows you to perform a complex selection of objects to add to the current list.

You fill in some, or all of the object selection criteria and click on the Process . A selection of PROIV objects is made, and objects matching the criteria are added to the list. You can repeat this process many times until the selection is complete.

The Object Selection Criteria:

Project Name - Select only objects that have history (booking, import, restore, etc.) logged against this project.

All Project Objects - If you set this then the selection will Ignore booking dates.

Booked In After / Booked Out After - Select objects that have the matching booking dates.

Booked In Objects Only / Ignore Booking Status - Select objects that are not booked out, or ignore booking.

List Name - Base the selection on a Saved List or a Work List. You can toggle between list types using the graphic, then select the required list.

Object Type - Select objects of one type only.

Function Type - If the Object Type criterion is set to Function this field is enabled, and allows selection based on function type.

Object Name  - If the Object Type criterion is used this field is enabled, and allows selection of one object.

Security Category - Select objects that have a matching security category.

Word Search - Enter a string to select objects that have a matching string (ignoring case) in their name, description or security category.

Process - All entered criteria are compared against objects, and any matches are added to the list. All entered criteria must be satisfied to give a match. For instance, if an object is in an entered list, and its security category is the same as the entered one, but the object type is not the same, then there is not a match, and the object will not be added.

Delete - Delete the selected objects from the list.

Delete All - Click to delete all objects from the list. The list is not deleted only the contents.
