Project name - Select the project from the drop-down list.
All Project Objects - The default is to select all objects associated with the project but you may elect to only select objects booked in/out after a specified date.
By default the booking status of objects is ignored but you may want to select only Booked In objects.
List Name - If you have previously saved a list of objects you may select the named list to add the objects to the export list. If any of the objects in the list have been deleted, they will be ignored.
Object Type - If you wish to only select objects (if available) of one type select the type from the drop-down list. If you select a Type then the Object Name field is activated and you may choose a specific object from the drop-down list. Selecting an object type of Function then allows you to specify the Function Type.
Security Category - You may restrict the selection to a security category.
Word Search - You may search for objects with the string in their name, description or security category.
Process - Click to build the list.
The focus remains in the Select window enabling you to make another selection to add to the list.
