See the Overloading an Action Control in a Function for more information about the fields on the Maintain Action Control window.
The Default State check boxes on the Definition tab on the Maintain Action Control window determine whether the Action Control and associated Control Bar are displayed when PROIV Developer is run. When the check boxes are enabled, the Control Bar will be displayed when you open PROIV Developer.
If you want the Control Bars to display only when functions are run, disable the check boxes in the default state, open the relevant function, overload the Action Control and enable the Visible and Enable check boxes.
