This initially shows a list of all the events available for the control, since the check box Show All will be ticked. Blanking this check box will cause all non-assigned events to be hidden. This can be useful where a control has a large number of events.

A tick on the left of a row means that an event has had actions assigned.

The columns show the event name, its type (Alpha, Numeric or Procedural), its interface ID (events may have a parameter list, in which case an interface is needed) the Local Logic ID, or Global Logic name and whether the event is to be handled by the PROIV Client or the Virtual Machine.

Show All - This check box determines if all events, or only assigned events, are to be displayed.

Deassign - Clicking this clears the assignment details for the highlighted event.

Assign - Clicking this (or double clicking an event) displays the ActiveX Control Events Assign window, allowing maintenance of the event assignment.
