The Toolbar Settings option enables you to remove and replace standard toolbar icons. You can either add items to, or remove items from the list of toolbar items and save the settings.

The window contains two lists: Items Not in Toolbar on the left, and Items in Toolbar on the right.  Each list can display the toolbar icon and its associated menu text. You can add or remove items in any order.  The placement of items in the right list dictates the location of the icon on the toolbar. You can add a single item or all items, and remove single items or remove all items using the s described below.

To add or remove items to the toolbar:

  1. Click Toolbar option.

  2. To add items to the toolbar, select item(s) from the left list and click . The selected item(s) is moved from the left list to the right list.

  3. To remove items from the toolbar, select the item(s) from the right list and click . The selected item(s) is moved from the right to left list.

  4. To add all items on the left side to the toolbar, click . All items on the left side are moved to the right list.

  5. To remove all items on the left side to the toolbar, click . All items on the left list are moved to the right list.
