If PROIV Web Developer fails to connect, it reports a connection failure. To resolve the problem, check the following.
The Active Web server is running.
The Active Web server is enabled for debug.
The Active Web server is listening on the same port as you defined when you opened the server.
Your host name is a valid debug host within the Active Web server.
Your have TCP/IP access to the host running the Active Web server.
Your timeout period is long enough.
