Images do not appear on Unix

How do I get my images to appear when running PROIV Open Client on Unix?

If your images are not displayed as expected when deploying a PROIV application via PROIV Open Client on Unix, perform the following steps:

  1. Ensure that all the image file names in the appImages directories are in lower case.

  2. Using the Open Client Administration, add an underscore prefix to the entries in the Resource Path field on the Service Settings web page. Click here to view an example screenshot of the Open Client Administration area in the PROIV Control Panel. The underscore will do a lower case conversion on the image name supplied by PROIV, prior to an attempt to locate it.
