Purpose

When &#@V14CF is enabled the operator can utilize mode processing as in Versions 1.4 and before.  When it is disabled, the processing of modes is through the use of defined Function Keys.

This option can be enabled or disabled in any type of logic routine.  It can only be reset by another logic command or through utilities.
