Configuring a Log File Destination

You can record the activities of the Licence Server and store it in a log file for future reference. The Licence Server Configuration node enables you to set up the physical destination of the log files, and it also helps you to configure the contents of the log files.

To configure the destination of the Licence Server Log File:

  1. Open PROIV Control Panel.

  2. Click Licensing and then expand Licence Server Configuration.

  3. Click Log Destinations.

  4. Configure the following:

Field

Description

Log Name

Enter the name of the log file to identify.

File Path

Enter the physical path of where the log file has to be stored.

Flush Interval

Enter the Period of time in seconds in between writes to the physical file. Minimum = 1 Maximum = 3600.

Delete Log Destination

Deletes the log file destination configuration.

  1. Click Add Log File Destination to add the details.

  2. Click Save Log File Configuration to save the details.
