The simplest configuration for the PROIV Gateway is to have the gateway and the PROIV application on the same server. This will work for all host platforms.

The PROIV Gateway can accept connections from multiple external applications. |
The PROIV Gateway can connect to PROIV applications in remote application servers provided they are running on a Windows platform.

A single bus server can only connect to a single PROIV application but it can connect multiple external applications to the PROIV application. |
