499     ERROR IN UPPER LIMIT OF  'IN-RANGE ' - LOGIC ID ID# LINE# line#

Cause:             The lower and upper limits in the IN-RANGE statement are not of the same data type.  Both ranges must be either alphanumeric or numeric variables.

Action:            Change one of the range variables so that both the lower and upper ranges are of the same data type.
