471     ERROR IN INITIAL VALUE EXPR IN  ‘FOR’ STMT - LOGIC ID ID# LINE# line#

Cause:             An attempt was made to enter an invalid initial-value in the FOR statement.  The initial-value in a FOR statement can contain any numeric expression.

Action:            Change the initial-value to represent a numeric expression.
