TERM Console Settings are Ignored

The Console settings in the Terminal Assignment ($TERM) screen are only used by the PC DOS version of PROIV.  The Unix-version of PROIV uses the DEFAULT setting instead. Thus any changes that are to apply to all terminals (other than those with specific $TERM entries) should be made to the DEFAULT setting.
