Setting up Single-Click Event Processing

Single-Click Event Processing for a list box, edit box, or a radio group can be set up in several ways:

  1. Create a new list box, edit box or a radio group or edit an existing object.

  2. Open the Properties window.

  3. Select the Behaviour tab.

  4. Check the Single Click check box.

Note: The default setting is False which means that the objects will work in the standard PROIV manner unless the setting is enabled.

You can also enable the Single-Click Event Processing in Forms Designer.

  1. Open Forms Designer.

  2. Create a new list box, edit box or a radio group or edit an existing object.

  3. Open the Properties window.

  4. Select the Behaviour tab.

  5. Check the Single Click check box.

You can also enable the functionality in the dynamic object's Object Properties Grid.

  1. Create a new list box, edit box or a radio group or edit an existing object.

  2. Select the Dynamics View, Events View, File View or Structure View.

  3. Click icon to display the object's properties in a grid view.

  4. Under the Behaviour section, set the Single Click? Flag to TRUE.

Note: The Object Properties Grid appears if the Enable Object Properties in Views option is set to True in the Developer Options window.
