The Notes is available on each of the tabbed pages of the Function Definition Property Sheet. You can enter or view descriptive information for the function.
To open the Screen Function Definition window, follow these steps:
Open the relevant Screen function.
Click Function Definition Properties 
icon on the PROIV Developer toolbar.
The Screen Function Definition window appears.
Click Notes tab.
The Function Notes window appears.
Enter or view descriptive information for the function
Click OK to close the window and save the changes.
