Saved Lists Maintenance

As an added feature, to aid in migration to PROIV Developer, old-style native lists (otherwise known as DCTF) and new-style native lists can be loaded into PROIV Developer Saved Lists.

The Fields in this Window:

Saved List Name - This is the name of the list.

List Description - This is text description of the list.

Object name combo box - Depending on the setting of the toggle graphic to its left, this can be an exact object name match or a partial object name. The type of object is decided by the Object type combo box. This is used for manually adding objects to the list. On returning from this field, matching objects will be added to the list, and focus will remain on the field for further selections.

Object type combo box - This defines the type of object to be added to the list and it defaults to function.

Add List - Click to add a new Saved List. You will be prompted to enter a name and description.

Delete List - Click to delete the current Saved List. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.

Copy List - Click to load a Saved List (possibly, but not necessarily the current list) with objects held in other lists and/or list types. The Copy items from another list window is opened.

Advanced - Click to perform a complex selection of objects to add to the current list. The Select Objects to Add to List window is opened.

Delete - Click to delete the selected objects from the list.

Clear List - Click to delete all objects from the list. The list is not deleted only the contents.
