Project Exclusive List

Select Admin from the Developer menu, select the Projects tab, select a project, click Project Details and click Exclusive.

You can make individual objects exclusive to a project, so restricting their availability to other active projects.

The Fields in this Window:

Add - Click to display the Add to Exclusive Objects List window. Find and select the objects you want to add and click Add to List.

Remove - Select an object from the list and click this . The use of multi-list selection (see below)makes the removal of large numbers of objects simple with a single click on the Remove .

OK - Click to exit and save the list.

Multi-List Selection

To select multiple entries use the standard Windows methods of holding down SHIFT and selecting the top and bottom items to select a block of objects or CTRL to select a series of individual objects from the list.
