You access this utility by clicking on the File Backup and Restore icon 
on the File Definition window.
The utility displays details of existing backups of this file.
To create a new backup, enter any notes required on this version and click New Backup.
To restore a backup version, highlight the required version and click Restore. To delete any of the backups, highlight the version to remove and click Delete.
