Format on Control Break - Format to print when the control break is triggered. Select from the drop-down list.

Lines to Skip Before Printing - Number of lines to skip before printing any control break formats and/or text.

Skip After - Number of lines to skip after printing any control break formats and/or text.

Print Totals - Only applies if any fields are flagged for Vertical Total. If there are any of these, tick if you want the sub-total to be printed as part of this control break.

Format on Next Record - Format to print after reading the record after the control break record. This allows you to use data from the next record before it is printed, so the format could be used as a header for the next group of records. Select from the drop-down list.

Group with Like - Check to group with like.

Start New Page - Check to throw a page before a control break.

Print Page after CB - Check to throw a page after a control break.

Print with Page Form - Check to print on next page throw.
