Once you have located and selected an object change, it can be reallocated to another change number. You cannot reallocate an object change to a change number that has been approved or released.
Open the Administration Console.
Find and select the change you want to reallocate.
Click Reallocate.
In the Change To box, enter the change number or click to search for a change number.

Reallocate |
Reallocates the selected change. |
Click OK to confirm the reallocation.
