Maintain Access Profiles |
PROIV Aurora Help |
This section describes the procedure for setting up days and times when Operators have access to the PROIV Aurora Framework. This is an optional extra level of security that can be assigned against Security Profiles. This access restriction can apply to the time of the day allowed (up to three different time bands in any one day) as well as the day of the week (access can be denied for a complete day without having to specify a time). There is an override facility to restrict access to the system between specified dates (e.g. year end).
To add an Access Profile, follow these steps:
Click icon. The Menu screen appears.
Select the Security Menu option.
Select the Maintain Access Profiles option.
The Access Profiles window appears.
Enter a name for the Access Profile in the Profile Name field.
Enter the days and times when access is permitted using the following table as a guide.
