Deleting Test Run Results |

Redundant Test Run results can be deleted via the Deleted Selected Results option in the Admin Options. This functionality enables you to delete results for a selection of Tests and Suites, or all the Tests and Suites, or for a range of Test Run dates. If the History pane is visible, it is refreshed and the selected results are deleted from the pane.
To delete Test Run Results, follow these steps:
Click Admin Options icon on the PROIV Assure toolbar. Alternatively, select the Admin option from the PROIV Assure menu.
Select the Deleted Selected Results option.
The Delete test run results window appears.
Enter a start date in the Start Date field.
Enter an end date in the End Date field.
Select whether you want to delete all results or build up a selection by clicking either All or Selection radio from the All or Selected Test/Suites section.
If you have selected the Selected radio group, select a Test or Suite from the Test or Suite drop-down list.
Select the appropriate Test or Suite from the Object Name drop-down list, the contents of which are determined by the selection made in the Test or Suite drop-down list.
Click Delete to run the results deletion against the selected Tests and/or Suites.
Note: You can also delete Test Run result sets individually from the Suites and Tests view, by using the Delete. |

Select to delete both Test and Suite Run results for the specified date range. The other selection fields are greyed out when this option is selected. |

Select to filter the deletion by specific Tests or Suites. |
Object Name drop-down list |
Drop-down list is enabled if the Selected radio is selected. The contents of the list are determined by the selection in the Test or Suite drop-down list. |
Test or Suite drop-down list |
Drop-down list is enabled if the Selected radio is selected. Select either Test or Suite from the drop-down list. The Test and/or Suite is then displayed in the selection rows. |

Click Remove to remove the selected row from the Test and/or Suite deletion set. |

Delete |
Click Delete to delete the selected Test Run results. The Tests and/or Suites view is refreshed to reflect the deletion process and the Delete test run results window is closed. |
Cancel |
Click Cancel to cancel the deletion process and to exit the Delete test run results window. |
